Arthur Mollenhauer
Chief Executive Officer
Arthur Mollenhauer is the Chief Executive Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. Mr. Mollenhauer boasts a distinguished, 24-year career with Baxter Healthcare where he served in General Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Financial Management roles.
Arthur served Lake County BBBS as a volunteer Big Brother and Board Member for over 7 years and was also a fellow in the Leadership Greater Chicago Program. He has traveled extensively and has lived in Rome, Miami and Los Angeles. His family is active supporters of many cultural and academic institutions in the metropolitan area as well as the United Way campaign.
Arthur is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Eastern Illinois University. He was born in Chicago and attended Morton West High School in Berwyn. He currently resides with his wife in north suburban Evanston.

Jeremy Foster
Vice President of Corporate and Foundation Relations
Jeremy joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago (BBBSMC) in July of 2010 after serving as the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sister of Lake County for three years. He is now the Vice President of Corporate and Foundation Relations at BBBSMC, managing a $2 million portfolio of corporate, public and private foundation partnerships. This year marks Jeremy’s 19th year as a nonprofit professional.
Prior to joining Big Brothers Big Sisters, Jeremy spent 5 years as the Executive Director of the Mary J. Treglia Community House in Sioux City, Iowa. He is a graduate of Briar Cliff University, holding a Bachelors’ Degree in Sociology and Business Administration and is a certified Family Development Specialist through the University of Iowa.

Michelle Hanfling
Senior Director of Site Based Programs
Michelle Hanfling is the Senior Director of Site Based Programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. Michelle is responsible for management and oversight of the School, Workplace, Club and Evening Site Based Programs. She supervises the 11 Site Based Program Coordinators. Michelle has been with the Agency for eight years and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Site Based Program area.
Michelle received a Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. She currently resides in Chicago with her husband.

Tracey Black
Director of Community Based Programs
Tracey Black is the Director of Community Based Programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. In her position at BBBSMC, Tracey’s responsibilities include monitoring Big Brothers Big Sisters of America management trends and best practices in the field of child safety, program performance reporting and monitoring, training and supervision of the Community Based Program team, as well as working with program staff to improve the length, strength and quality of the Community-based Mentoring matches. Prior to joining BBBSMC, Ms. Black served as the Director of Program Quality for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lake County where she had been employed since 2004.
Tracey received both a Masters and Bachelors in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago as a non-traditional student. She is also a Licensed Social Worker, a certified School Social Worker, and a certified Child Welfare Specialist. Tracey currently resides with her husband and two of their five children in Mount Prospect.

Everardo Franco
Director of Administration & Operations
Everardo Franco is the Director of Administration and Operations for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. His career has evolved to cross over all areas of administration and operations including benefits, employee relations, staffing, compensation, physical & technical infrastructure, legal compliance, strategic initiatives and day-to-day agency operations. Mr. Franco has been with BBBSMC for nine years.
Prior to his career with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mr. Franco has worked with a variety of organizations including the National Center for Latinos with Disabilities (NCLD), where he held titles as Office Manager, Associate Director and Executive Director during his 10 year career with the NCLD. Mr. Franco has also worked at the International Latino Cultural Center (formerly the CLC), and the National Puerto Rican Forum.
Mr. Franco is a graduate of East-West University and resides in Chicago, Illinois.

Johanna Agusta Sigurdardottir
Director of Finance
Johanna Agusta Sigurdardottir is the Director of Finance for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. Johanna is responsible for all areas of Finance including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Flow Management, Employee Payroll and monthly reporting to the BBBSMC Board of Directors Finance Committee. Johanna has been with BBBSMC for over five years.
To compliment her career, Ms. Sigurdardottir has worked for Islandsbanki Asset Management for 11 years as a Financial Advisor and as Marketing Director. She was also Finance Director and Treasurer of the Board for the Icelandi Handball Federation and worked most recently as the Business Advisor and Assistant for Koren Nelson Design.
Originally from Iceland, Ms. Sigurdardottir has lived in Chicago since 2002. She is a graduate of The University of Iceland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She currently resides in Chicago with her son and husband.
